The staff and volunteers of Empowering Darke County Youth have been helping school aged children in Darke County Ohio since March of 2016. Empowering later became a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization in September of 2016, and currently utilizes certified tutors and volunteers to serve over 100 students ranging from 1st through 8th grade.
